Filter is an American industrial rock band headed by singer Richard Patrick that rose to fame in the mid 90s that is known for their gritty, high-energy sound. Richard wanted an album package that captured the crazy...scary, weird place the album goes with the "new industrial" sound of Crazy Eyes.
